Traineeships
KeyDM invests a lot in the training and personal development of young talent. The traineeship is an important part of of this. It is THE way to put your talent into practice and really learn to know the incoming travel world.

Traineeships at our office
We offer working traineeships at our office. These traineeships are focused on getting to know the destination management for the MICE market on an operational, sales or marketing level. On a yearly basis we can welcome 3 - 5 enthusiastic trainees. The compensation is € 275,- net per month.
